Hello, this is Ivottagetta Book, corresponding live from the Great Beyond! I'm writing the terrible news that Edward and his companion series, Twilight by Stephanie Meyer has been eliminated from the Great Character Battle.

The series written by Stephanie Meyer focuses around Bella, a human girl who falls in love with Edward, who is an immortal vampire. Can a human really have a relationship work with a vampire? Especially when the vampire is being hunted.

Elizabeth Wakefield has been voted out of the Book Survivor community. This week was a particularly close race, with a tie for most of the competition, however Elizabeth recieved enough votes to eliminate her from the game!

Here is some information about the series taken from Wikipedia.com:

Sweet Valley High is a young adult book series created by Francine Pascal and written by several ghostwriters, revolving around the lives of Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield, beautiful blonde twins who live in fictitious Sweet Valley, California. The series began with the book Double Love, which was published in 1984. The Sweet Valley High series contained over 150 books and spawned several spin-off series. The last Sweet Valley book, Sweet 18 in the series Sweet Valley Senior Year, was published in January 2003. The books are generally classified as young adult or kids' fiction.
